Your inputs stay in the page

The calculation runs in your browser. Our calculator code does not submit ratings, optional condition labels, or dependent selections to our server or intentionally pass these fields to Google as advertising data. We do not store those entries in cookies or browser storage. Reloading or closing the page clears the entered scenario.

A what-if starting point is kept only in the page’s memory until it is restored, reset, or the page is reloaded. Avoid entering identifying information into optional condition labels.

When you email us

If you choose to contact David at dave@valleysolutionsteam.com, your email address and the information in your message are received through that email service and may be used to respond and investigate the issue you report. This is also David’s business inbox. Do not send sensitive claims or medical records.

Clicking an email link opens your own mail application; the website does not automatically send calculator inputs. For questions about a message you sent or a request to delete it, contact the same address. Applicable email-service storage and backup practices may also affect retained copies.

Hosting and external resources

The site is hosted through ChatGPT Sites and delivered through Cloudflare. These providers may process connection and security information, including IP addresses, request URLs, browser details, and access logs, to deliver and protect the site. Cloudflare may set security cookies, including __cf_bm, for bot and abuse protection. These are distinct from advertising cookies. This site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which involves a request to Google’s font service. A system-font fallback is used if those fonts are unavailable.

Links to VA.gov and other official resources take you to independently operated websites with their own privacy practices.

Advertising and lender contact

This site includes Google AdSense code on the homepage and eligible guide pages. Google and other advertising providers may use cookies or similar technologies to serve and measure ads, prevent fraud, and, where permitted by your settings and applicable consent, personalize advertising. When advertising services load, your browser may send information such as your IP address, the page URL, and browser or device details. Google may use information from visits to this and other websites to provide relevant ads. AdSense installation does not mean Google has approved this site or that ads will always appear.

Read how Google uses information from partner sites and Google’s Privacy Policy. You can manage or turn off Google ad personalization in Google Ad Settings. Browser settings can also limit cookies; turning off personalization does not stop all advertising-related processing.

We do not currently collect or sell mortgage leads. Calculator use does not require requesting lender contact. A future referral service would have separate disclosures and contact choices.

Keep sensitive documents out of unverified channels

This site provides no medical-document or claims-file upload service. Please do not send these records by email. Use VA’s official systems or a verified accredited representative for claim-specific communications. The accredited-help page links to VA’s resources.

Your privacy choices

Updated September 24, 2026. On the homepage and guide pages where Google presents a European consent message, you can accept, decline, or manage the options offered. To change an earlier choice, use Google’s privacy and cookie settings link, or the “Change European consent” button in our footer when it is available. This button reopens Google’s message; it does not create a separate consent record.

For eligible visitors covered by a US state privacy message, use Google’s “Do not sell or share my personal information” link on an advertising-enabled page to review the offered opt-out choices. Availability depends on your location and Google’s published message configuration. We retain Google’s default US opt-out link rather than replacing it.

This policy page does not load AdSense or a consent-message tag. The homepage loads AdSense; calculator entries are not intentionally sent to it by our calculator code. Return to the homepage or a guide page to find the advertising controls when they are available. Google Ad Settings controls your Google advertising preferences; it is not a substitute for this site’s consent choices. If a control does not appear or does not open, contact us; visiting this policy or sending an email does not itself change your browser’s consent record.
